Job Title: Account Executive (Friend Finder)

Role Overview: As our Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, identifying and nurturing new business opportunities while driving revenue and building lasting client partnerships. You will blend strategic thinking with a proactive approach, working closely with our Head of Client Relations, COO, and CEO to achieve outstanding results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and target potential clients through various channels (cold calling, email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting)
– Attend at least 2 local networking events per month.
– Qualify leads based on defined Blue Chip criteria to ensure they meet Work Friendly’s ideal client profile.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
– Develop and execute effective sales strategies to reach and engage stakeholders.
– Conduct qualification and discovery calls tailored to each client’s specific needs and pain points.
Relationship Management:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders through nurturing and follow up.
Market Research & Analysis:
– Utilize market insights to refine sales approaches and identify new business opportunities.
Collaboration & Communication:
– Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and execute targeted campaigns
– Work closely with our Head of Client Relations to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and support the sales cycle.
Reporting & Analytics:
– Track and report on key performance metrics at the end of each week through HubSpot
– Analyze data to access the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
– Proven experience as a Business Development Representative (or a similar sales role), with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
– Experience in HR technology sales is a plus.
Skills:
– Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Technical Proficiency:
– Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot experience preferred).
– Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and tools (LinkedIn Sales Nav., Apollo.io, Slack).
